2019 The Riverlands Rush Biathlon 6/9/19
Sunday, June 9th
About: Thanks to the great folks at Riverlands and US Army Corps of Engineers you can test your athletic mettle on a terrific race course. The Riverlands Rush Biathlon is a wide open, fast race! The venue is surrounded by the wetlands and waterways of the Riverlands Wild Bird Sanctuary/Audubon Center. The run heads out onto a peninsula into the Mississippi River on a mix of pavement, gravel and wood chips before heading back to the transition area. The bike ride is two rocket ship fast circuits of a flat, zippy course with two turn arounds. Keep your friends close and your competition closer as you have opportunities to chase and be chased! Riverlands is a very lightly used rural area...there will be very few motor vehicles on the course. Professionally chip timed by our friends at Big River Race Management.
