2024 Start List

The State Championship Time Trial Course:The 2024 edition of the Missouri State Championship Time Trial returns to Saint Charles, Missouri. The course for both the 40K and 20K distances will be out-and-back. The course will have several turns and predominantly great pavement quality. There will be several turns that will be marshaled for cross traffic. The course is on scenic rural roads with light traffic, just north of New Town, St. Charles. Senior Categories will race 25 miles (40K), Junior Categories and select Masters Categories will race 12.5 miles (20K). Please note that the course has several 90 degree turns, please review before racing.

Registration: Pre-Registration is $45. After 8/1 registration is $50. Junior entry is FREE and underwritten by Renaissance Financial. Race Day Registration is $55. Fee includes $6.00 rider insurance/MOBRA surcharge. Pre- registration is available at www.bikereg.com - a surcharge will apply for online pre-registration. There WILL be on-site registration race-day 7:30 am - 8:30am. Pre-registered riders will be staged by category. Race day registrations will be staged in order of registration after the last pre-registered rider. We will publish a start list online 48 hours in advance of the race. If you miss your start or suffer a mechanical we can provide a re-start at the end of the start list. First Rider will depart at 9:00 am. No refunds. Races will occur rain or shine.

Medals and Jerseys: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers per Category. Winners can purchase a Missouri State Championship Jersey for $65. Non-Missouri residents are eligible for placing, but not medals or jerseys.

Please note - Categories will be separated or combined accordingly for BAR scoring. the combining of categories for BAR scoring is a scoring matter for BAR only and that no fields will be combined for payout purposes.

Merckx Category Stipulations: NO - aerobars, skinsuits, shoe covers, aero helmets, or wheels over 28mm in depth.

Neo-Merckx Category: Any depth wheels, skinsuit, aero helmets, any road bike, and shoe covers can all be used. No aerobars.

Directions to Time Trial Start Line: From Hwy. 370 exit east on Elm St. Parking will be at Glazers Distribution- 1 Glazer Way, St Charles, MO 63301 This is NEW- this is the 1st light before Mueller Road.

Riders can access the start finish by taking the right back onto Elm St.(New Town Road) and then taking the next left onto Seeburger Road.

40K Categories:

Men: Cat 1,2; Cat 3; Cat 4; Cat 5, Masters 30-34, Masters 35-39, Masters 40-44, Masters 45-49, Masters 50-54, Masters 55-59,

Women: Cat 1/2/3; Cat 4/5; Masters 30-34; Masters 35-39; Masters 40-44; Masters 45-49; Masters 50-54; Masters 55-59.

All Tandem Categories: Men, Women, Mixed;

All Merckx: Open Men and Open Women.

20K Categories:

Men: Masters 60+, Masters 70+

Women: Masters 60+, Masters 70+,

Junior Boys : 9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18

Junior Girls: 9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18.

Pre Registration: is $45 prior to August 1st, $50 after 8/1. Race Day registration is $55. Juniors Race Free! Fee includes $5.00 rider insurance surcharge/MOBRA Fee. Pre-registration is available at www.bikereg.com - there will be a slight surcharge for pre-registration.Start List assignments will be sequenced based on registration prior to 11:59pm CDT on 8/3/2023. We will publish a Start List on 8/4/2023 by 2pm. Registrations received after midnight on 8/3/23 will be staged in sequence after the announced start times. Race day registration IS available on Saturday morning between 7:30am - 8:30am. Riders registering on race day will start at the end of the 40K or 20K distance heats.

Race Day Registration: is $55. Fee includes $6.00 rider insurance surcharge/MOBRA Fee. Race day registration is from 7:30 am - 8:30 am.

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registered riders will be staged by category in order of registration. Race Day registrants will be staged in order of registration AFTER the last pre-registered rider. A start list will be posted online in advance of the race. If you miss your start or suffer a mechanical- a restart at the end of the start list can be provided. First Rider will depart at 9:00 am. Please stay to the right and make way for all emergency vehicles!
