Learn the basics and not so basics of racing. Take your passion and interest in cycling and fitness to the next level. We will go through the basics of competition- the vocabulary, types of racing, preparation, concerns, rules, and the calendar of local, regional, and national events. Our goal is to make the transition from athlete to competitive athlete accessible and to provide a starting point. We hope to see you at this class and at an event this season! We will tailor the class to the interests of the participants- so be prepared to discuss a variety of topics.
