"Race bred"—it’s not just a slogan printed on the SB150 top tube. We’ve been pinning on numbers and pinning the throttle since 1985. Designed for shorter fork offsets, the SB150s headtube angle is slackened and the seat tube angle is way steeper. The reach is also longer with shorter chainstays. Advantage? All of these elements increase the DH prowess and move the rider forward on the bike. But these advantages are not one-sided. The steeper seat angle, short fork offset, and forward riding position also keep the front wheel on the ground, the power to the pedals, and the steering quick and nimble when climbing. - Forward bias posture—Gives racers the room they need, and centers them on the bike. - 20mm longer travel fork—Pairs well with our forward-biased frame matching the vertical wheel travel of the rear suspension. - Slacker headtube—Lower bottom bracket and longer wheelbase. - Tested to DH standards—High-impact strength carbon lay-up tuned to go fast and tested to DH standards.

Born from the trails of Colorado, Yeti’s SB5 is everything a trailbike should be — nimble on the climbs and dominant on descents. With a sleek frame design, internal cable routing, Boost spacing, lower stand-over height, and metric suspension all atop Yeti’s Switch Infinity translating pivot, it is the go-to choice for any trail adventure. The SB5 Carbon series frame is 6.27 lbs and preserves Yeti-performance at a more aggressive price point by using a slightly modified carbon material and different layup. Yeti’s Switch Infinity suspension platform and smart frame design grants you the trail-ruling trinity of deep travel support, small bump sensitivity, and rock-solid climbing. Add 5 inches of ample Fox Performance suspension to the equation, and you’ll be nearly unstoppable. Shimano's 11-speed XT/SLX drivetrain puts rapid-fire shifting in your fingertips, and SLX brakes don't disappoint when gravity takes over on chunky descents. 27.5-inch DT Swiss wheels roll on grippy Maxxis Ardent tires for bite over loose and technical terrain, and Fox Transfer dropper post keeps you loose and in control for good old rowdy fun everywhere you ride.
