Bike MS
Experience a fun cycling event close to home and help fund cutting-edge research for MS with Bike MS: Express Scripts Gateway Getaway Ride. Unlike other local events, Bike MS is a weekend-long celebration with your team, family and friends. Rise to your own personal challenge with 25, 64, 75, and 100-mile route options.
The routes include fully-stocked rest stops every 10-15 miles, a great lunch stop each day, and safety provided by volunteer EMTs, HAM radio operators, and bicycle repair from our partner bike shops. The route loops back to Lewis and Clark Community College on Saturday and Sunday, where you will be treated to a delicious meal, massage, and live music.
Your participation will help support programs, services, and research that make a huge difference to the people who must fight MS every day of their lives.

Bike MS + Big Shark = Team Multiple Sharkosis!
Bike MS is a two-day biking festival for a great cause. Where else can you get back-to-back supported rides of 25, 50, 75, or 100 miles? Think flat fondo happiness. This is NOT a race. Riders of all capabilities participate.
This year, Bike MS has moved to Lewis & Clark Community College in Godfrey, IL, so it is much closer to St. Louis. It's the second weekend in September, so you have plenty of time to train, fund raise, and convince yourself that riding back-to-back centuries is a good idea.
Joining forces for MS will be the good folks from Wellbridge Athletic Club and Spa!
You can camp, hang out with a ton of riders, listen to music, and buy food in one centralized location. The bigger teams have their own tents and food. As this is our first year, we don't have a clue how big we'll be. We'll figure out the specific details for Team Multiple Sharkosis over the next few months, as well as have the "big reveal" for the Team Multiple Sharkosis jersey.
What's the cost? Registration is $40 through June 7, then starts to increase. You get $10 off with the code "SHARK". You have to raise at least $250, which is a pretty low bar to reach biking bliss.
Help make Team Multiple Sharkosis's inaugural year as success! The more the merrier. What could be more fun then spending two days with 3,000 complete strangers (actually, it's St. Louis, you probably know most of them) trying not to get diaper rash?

Then contact, encourage, harass, cajole, persuade, wheedle, coax, or mock your friends and family to join, too. This is more than a ride. Bike MS truly is an experience. Once you do it, you'll want to do it again.
