Presented by the Washington University Triathlon Team

When: Sunday, March 4th, 2018. The race will be a wave start beginning at 7:30 am. Registration will open at 6:00am. Registration will close at 7:00am. The race is limited to 120 athletes. 50 spots are reserved for collegiate athletes. 

Where: The race venue is Washington University's Sumers Recreation Center, Olympian Way, St. Louis MO 63130

Distances: 750 meter pool swim, 10 mile spinning bike ride, 5K Outdoor(track) or Indoor (treadmill) run (weather dependent).

You can register online at Online registration does have a small processing surcharge. Registration includes Race Entry, Event Shirt and post event food. Shirts are guarnteed to registrations recieved prior to 2/25.

Race Details:

  • The Athletic Complex will open at 6:00am
  • The Swimming Pool will open at 7:00am.
  • Gear Storage: You can store gear in a locker at the Swimming Pool Locker room. You should bring your own lock.
  • Start Sequence: There will be 12 Athletes per wave. Waves will begin in :25 minute increments beginning at 7:30. The last wave, assuming 120 participants , will be at noon.  
  • Timing: Stopwatch Timing for the Swim and Run. Digital timing on the indoor bicycle.
  • Parking: Athletes can park at the Snow Way Parking Garage- accessible off of Big Bend Blvd., just north of the Athletic Complex.
    • Enter the complex at the secondary entrance to the right of the Bear Statue.
    • Registration/packet pick-up will be inside this entrance.
  • Swim Wave Start Times:

Awards: There will be a prize for Top Overall Male and Top Overall Female. Age Group awards/prizes will be given to 1st Place Man and Woman in the following Age Groups: 16-24yrs, 25-34yrs, 35-44yrs, 45-54yrs, 55-65yrs, 65+

The Awards Ceremony will be at Noon.
