Join us for an evening of motivation as local USAT Level II & Ironman Certified Triathlon Coach, Sally Drake shares the basics on getting into the sport of triathlon. No matter what your fitness level, you can do a triathlon! The following topics will be covered:
- Gear needed to get started in training and for your first race.
- Time and fitness to successfully train for each distance/type of race.
- Workout ideas specific to the sport.
- Local resources to help you reach your goals.
- Coaching options.
