IRT technology creates a secondary positive air spring that affects only the middle-to-end stroke of the fork. This allows the main air spring to be set to lower pressures for improved small bump sensitivity while maintaining mid-stroke support and moderate to aggressive end-stroke ramp-up. - Sealed TPC+ is a velocity and position-dependent damping circuit that maintains light damping through small bumps when the fork is high in its travel. As the fork compresses deeper in the travel the secondary TPC+ circuit engages and increases the damping force for added support and bottom-out prevention. Additionally, an independent Hydraulic Bottom-out circuit further increases the damping force in the final 30mm of travel to soften deep travel events and prevent hard bottom-out. The new cartridge design with spring-backed IFP fully seals damper oil for the most consistent damping on long demanding DH runs. Spring-backed IFP has improved performance during extreme riding, unlike a bladder an IFP pressurizes the oil at the initial stroke eliminating any cavitation for the most consistent damping. - Fits both 29" and 27.5" wheels. Markings on the outer legs indicate the proper clamping point for the ideal axle to crown measurements depending on wheel size. The fork legs can be used with both wheel sizes. - Two Crown Options are available with this fork. The 47 offset is designed to work with 27.5" wheels and intended axle to crown. The 57 offset crown is designed for 29" wheels and axle to crown. The Bridge Club fork is designed around the 27.5 wheel size with tire clearance up to 2.8, but is also capable of running 700c wheel setups with max tire clearance of 47c. It has 51mm I.S. disc caliper mounts and brake line guides as well. It only has the barnacles that matter most to the discerning bike tourist. This beaut here was designed alongside our Midnight Special Frame. In an effort to shed a few grams (it's for a road bike after all), we opted to utilize a unicrown design rather than a lugged one. In addition to the weight savings, it also looks really nice—don't you think? Now, we don't throw the phrase "future-proof" around lightly, so we won't use it here either. What we will say is that, like the Midnight Special Frame, this fork is equipped with modern road standards like flat mount disc brakes and a 100mm x 12mm thru-axle. The Dinner Fork is non-suspension corrected and accommodates 26", 27.5", and 29" wheel sizes. If you want to run fenders alongside an 8 or 24-Pack style rack, this fork can do that. The ECR fork is much like the Ogre fork. Both are CroMoly 29er forks. Both work with frames designed for 80mm-travel suspension forks. Both feature 51mm I.S. disc caliper mounts, brake line guides, accommodations for a rack and fender, and 2 sets of cage mounts (one on each leg) that let you mount large size or standard water bottle cages. Both are designed to run just about any combination of parts and accessories you'd want on a fork and are finished in durable black powdercoat. The Long Haul Trucker fork is designed to mount racks and fenders and to haul stuff. The Ice Cream Truck fork is made from 4130 CroMoly steel and is designed for Surly's Ice Cream Truck frame. It's ready for trail use and features butted and tapered blades with thru-axle dropouts spaced at 150mm. It has barrel bosses at the dropouts and crown, mid-blade thru-blade eyelets and triple bottle bosses on both fork legs. Designed for Surly's Krampus frame, this fork has quick-release dropouts spaced at 100mm and clearance for a 3-inch tire on a 50mm rim. To accommodate such big tires it's got a longer axle-to-crown measurement than the Ogre or Karate Monkey forks, making it a perfect rigid fork option for lots of 29ers out there. The Krampus fork's blades were designed and manufactured specifically to play well with the unique forces such a long fork with big tires will encounter, and the steer tube is standard 1-1/8-inch threadless. Our lugged and brazed Cross-Check fork has room for 700c x 45mm tires and fenders. It’s made from 4130 CroMoly steel and features fender eyelets at the dropouts, cantilever brake pivots, and now has through-leg mid-blade eyelets for mounting a rack. The eyelets are threaded 5 x 1mm and located 165mm up from the axle.
